Augustin Daoût holds a law degree from the University of Brussels (Université Libre de Bruxelles) and a Master degree in public and administrative law obtained from the same University.

He has been a lawyer at the Brussels Bar since 2003.

He practices mainly public and administrative law (including public service law, urban and environmental law, constitutional litigation, foreigners law, expropriation, municipal law, teaching law …) as well as cases related to public services’ liability.

He is a guest professor of administrative law at the High School Lucia de Brouckère in Brussels and is in charge of the public websites : www.justice-en-ligne.be and www.questions-justice.be.
