Gauthier Lambeau

After graduating in law with “Cum Laude” from the University of Brussels (Université Libre de Bruxelles) Gauthier Lambeau also obtained a Master in economic law from the University of Brussels (Vrije Universiteit van Brussel).

After graduating in law with “Cum Laude” from the University of Brussels (Université Libre de Bruxelles) Gauthier Lambeau also obtained a Master in economic law from the University of Brussels (Vrije Universiteit van Brussel).

He has been a lawyer at the Brussels Bar since 1994.

He practices civil and commercial law in all of their aspects on a daily basis. More specifically, he treats cases in contract law, insurance and liability law, real estate and construction law as well as debt recovery.

Trained in civil and commercial mediation, his expertise spans litigation as well as counselling and negotiation.

He also frequently pleads in front of Police Court.

Gauthier Lambeau is a member of the editorial board of the “Manuel permanent des baux à loyers et commerciaux”.

He has also been working, until recently, as a deputy judge at the Commercial Court of Brussels and is now in charge of a mandate as communal councilor.
