Hélène Rouvroy holds a Master’s degree in Public and International Law from the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), obtained with distinction in 2022.

During her university studies, she completed an Erasmus programme at the University of Tartu in Estonia in 2021, during which she developed her knowledge of European law.

She has been a member of the Brussels Bar since September 2022, when she joined L.in.K.

She mainly practices public and administrative law (civil service law, urban planning and environment, constitutional litigation, foreigners’ law, expropriation, municipal law, education law, etc.), but also cases involving the liability of public authorities.

She handles cases in both French and English and has a passive knowledge of Dutch.
