After a training in French law, culminating in a Master’s degree in business law (specialising in intellectual property), obtained from the Université Jean Moulin Lyon III in 2014, Margaux CONIL-SÉON continued her university education by a Master’s degree specialised in public international law, obtained in 2016 at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).
She completed her academic career with an equivalence’s Master in civil and criminal law obtained from the ULB in June 2017 and joined the Brussels Bar in December 2017.
During her six years with two law firms specialised in European law and civil and commercial law, Margaux CONIL-SÉON also developed considerable expertise in criminal law.
She joined Link in February 2024, where her practice focuses on criminal law, disciplinary law and liability law.
She served a mandateas Delegate for Trainee Lawyers for the 2020 - 2021 judicial year, and was then elected Secretary of the Brussels Young Lawyers’ Conference from 2022 to 2024.
In 2023, she was awarded 3rd prize in the "Paris-Montréal de la francophonie" moot competition, and in 2024 she won 1st prize in the moot competition organised by the Vaud Bar Association (Switzerland).
She is fully committed to her cases, which she handles in both French and English.
